GarageMiles is designed with privacy in mind. The application does not require an account, does not use cloud storage for your vehicle records, and keeps your information on your device unless you choose to export it.

Information We Collect

GarageMiles does not collect personal information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Mailing address
• Contacts
• Location data

The app does not require user registration or login.

Information Stored on Your Device

GarageMiles stores information that you choose to enter, including:

• Vehicle information
• Odometer readings
• Trip history
• Maintenance records
• Maintenance reminders
• VIN numbers
• Vehicle photos
• Application settings

This information is stored locally on your device.

Camera and Photos

GarageMiles may request access to your camera or photo library to:

• Capture vehicle photos
• Scan VIN numbers
• Scan odometer readings

These images remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Data Export

GarageMiles allows you to export your data for backup purposes. Exported files are created only at your request and are stored in the location you choose.

Purchases

GarageMiles Pro is available as a one-time purchase through Google Play Billing.

Payment information is processed by Google. GarageMiles and KC Systems do not receive or store your payment information.

Advertising

GarageMiles does not display advertisements.

Analytics

GarageMiles does not collect analytics or usage tracking information.

Data Sharing

GarageMiles does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Data Security

Your information remains stored on your own device. While GarageMiles is designed to help protect your data, no software can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.

Children's Privacy

GarageMiles is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
