By downloading or using GarageMiles, you agree to these Terms of Service.
KC Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GarageMiles for personal or business record-keeping purposes.
All vehicle records, maintenance history, photos, reminders, and other information you enter remain your responsibility.
You retain ownership of the data you create using GarageMiles.
Users are responsible for creating backups of important information using the export feature.
KC Systems is not responsible for data lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other unforeseen circumstances.
GarageMiles is intended as a record-keeping and reminder tool.
Maintenance reminders are provided for convenience only.
Users remain responsible for determining appropriate maintenance schedules and ensuring that their vehicles and equipment are maintained safely and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
Although every effort is made to provide a reliable application, GarageMiles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
KC Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the application will be free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use GarageMiles.
GarageMiles Pro is sold through Google Play as a one-time purchase.
Purchases, billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled according to Google's policies.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of GarageMiles after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which KC Systems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
